Skylight Mental Health

Skylight offers a range of programs and services for people experiencing mental illness and for their family and friends who care for them. We provide support and information, build community awareness and advocate for improved mental health policy and services. Skylight are part of a national organisation of mental health service providers – the Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia (MIFA). MIFA is a not-for-profit, grassroots, self-help, support and advocacy organisation of people with serious mental illnesses, their families and friends.
