The Panic Room SA aims to empower individuals to view their health from a holistic perspective, to recognise unhelpful ways of thinking and living, and to make self-responsible choices leading to improved mental health. In doing so The Panic Room SA draw on evidence-based practice treatments including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in addition to professional’s own experiences of recovery from an anxiety disorder.
